  3. Booking Compliance: All bookings must be made through the Kemerent platform. Avoiding the platform for bookings is a violation of our terms and could result in account suspension.
  4. Respectful Conduct: Users are expected to maintain a standard of conduct that respects the property and the rights of others. Any form of harassment, damage to property, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of the rental and potential legal action.

Privacy Policy

  1. Data Collection: We collect necessary information to enhance your booking experience, such as your name, email address, and payment information.
  2. Data Usage: Your information is used solely for booking purposes and to improve our services. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Payment Policy

  1. Fees: All fees are clearly stated during the booking process. Payment is required at the time of booking via our secure payment gateway.
  2. Refunds: Refunds are available under specific circumstances, such as cancellations within the allowed period or if a host fails to provide the booked space as described.
  3. Cancellations: Users can cancel their bookings through the app. Cancellation policies may vary by space and are clearly outlined at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Flexible: Cancellations made 24 hours before the booking time are eligible for a full refund.
  2. Moderate: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the booking will receive a 50% refund.
  3. Strict: Cancellations made one week before the booking are eligible for a 50% refund; otherwise, no refund will be provided.

We may update our policies from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Users will be notified of any significant changes and encouraged to review the updated policies.
